With a quick phone call or email you can have us suspend your internet account for the duration of your time away; while suspended your account will not be billed. Turning your internet back on is just as easy, give us a call or send us an email and we’ll have the internet ready for you when you return.
We’re happy to be flexible with your travel schedule. If you already know the duration of your trip away then you can inform us when you’d like the account suspended and re-enabled, and we’ll take care of everything hassle free; no suspension fees, no startup fees. In addition, we can also bill out at weekly instead of monthly rates, for those of you that like to get away to Whidbey or Camano Island for a week or two of lovely vacation. Just let us know the duration of your stay and we’ll make sure the internet is up and running.
Our minimum billing cycle is seven days, and all weekly speed rates are the same as their monthly equivalents; only pricing is adjusted. Please be aware that this offer does not apply to accounts with equipment rentals. Any equipment rental installation will be billed on a monthly basis only.
