The giveaway is open to legal residents of Island County, Washington, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Minors under 18 may enter only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. Employees of Whidbey Online, their immediate family members, and persons living in the same household are not eligible. The giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.

Entries will be accepted only during the Holland Happening Street Festival hours:

• Saturday, April 25, 2026: 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Sunday, April 26, 2026: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM (or as posted by the Oak Harbor Chamber of Commerce)

  All entries must be received by the end of the festival on Sunday, April 26, 2026.

Free Primary Entry (1 entry):

Visit the Whidbey Online booth at Holland Happening and complete a free Site Survey request for high-speed internet service. Scan the QR code at our booth or use a provided tablet to fill out the short form. This automatically enters you once.

Additional Entries (up to 4 extra entries – stackable):

You can earn bonus entries by completing the following actions at our booth (staff will verify on the spot):

• Follow Whidbey Online on Facebook and/or Instagram → +1 entry
• Like and share our official Holland Happening giveaway post → +1 entry
• Post a photo at the Whidbey Online booth and tag @whidbeyonline → +1 entry
• Sign up for the Whidbey Online newsletter or text alerts → +1 entry

All actions must be completed during the event and verified by booth staff before the entry is recorded. Limit one set of bonus entries per person.

Important: Only one primary entry per person/household/email address. Duplicate or fraudulent entries will be disqualified.

Three (3) winners will be randomly selected:

• Grand Prize (1 winner): Family Fun Package –
  approximately $[XXX] value in local gift cards (e.g., restaurants, activities, and retail on Whidbey Island).
• Runner-Up Prizes (2 winners): Family Package –
  approximately $[XXX] value in local gift cards each.

Winners will be selected in a random drawing on or before Tuesday, April 28, 2026. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Winners will be notified by phone and/or email using the contact information provided on the entry form. If a winner cannot be contacted within 48 hours, or fails to respond and claim the prize, an alternate winner may be selected. Winners may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release within 5 days.

Winners will be announced publicly on Whidbey Online’s Facebook and Instagram pages.

By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these rules.

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries, or for any technical, hardware, software, or other errors that may occur.

Taxes: Winners are solely responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes associated with the prize. If required by law, Sponsor will issue a 1099-MISC form to the winner.

Information collected from entrants will be used solely for administering the giveaway, contacting winners, and providing the free Site Survey follow-up. We respect your privacy and will not sell or share your information with third parties except as necessary for prize fulfillment.

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Whidbey Online, the Oak Harbor Chamber of Commerce, and their respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability arising from the giveaway or acceptance/use of any prize.

These rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Any disputes will be resolved in Island County, Washington.
