you’re outside our current service area at the moment. We are actively expanding out from Oak Harbor, and
while your location is on our radar, we aren’t quite there yet.
We are actively looking for ways to bridge the gap for folks in your area. Sometimes we can speed up the
expansion process if there’s a specific “high point” available. Do you happen to know anyone in the community
who owns a home on a high point, or has a tall structure like a ham radio tower? We’d actually love to have a
brief conversation with them, as having access to a location like that often allows us to “hop” the signal and
bring reliable service to an entire neighborhood that currently doesn’t have great options.

Out of curiosity, how are you mainly using the connection—is it more for working from home, or are you dealing
